Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our online store. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a return and refund policy as follows:

Returns:

  • We accept returns of all products within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the return.
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the return. the amount is 35% of the product price .
  • Refund processing time is 30 days.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in its original condition and packaging.
  • We will then issue a refund to the original payment method used to make the purchase.
  • Please allow max 30 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Exchanges:

  • Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the package.
  • We may ask you to provide photos of the damage or defect.
  • We will provide a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

Please note that some items may not be eligible for return, such as personalized or customized items. In addition, shipping costs are non-refundable.
